The LGBT+@Work 2023 theme was chosen to encourage the full embrace of oneself in every context, where no part of one’s identity is muted or left behind. Our theme addresses the gap that exists within many business communities where LGBTQIAP+ profiles prefer to hide their identities as an effort to avoid bias throughout their professional career. The conference will focus on the hardships of being your authentic self in the workplace through various panels & workshops.
