IE University's Out & Allies Club has been proudly presenting LGBT+@Work since its inception making it the longest-running LGBT+ conference in Europe. Partnering with leading companies and institutions across the globe, our mission is to educate, promote, and spread inclusive practices towards the LGBTQAIP+ community and to foster a supportive multi-organizational network of professionals.

Through diverse content tracks and inspirational programming, the event will give professionals at every level the tools and confidence they need to achieve their career ambitions. Together we create a truly diverse, inclusive, and inspirational community that promotes the exchange of ideas and opportunities for the LGBTQIAP+ students, professionals & allies of the future.
