About LGBT@Work
LGBT+@Work is the flagship conference organized by IE Out and Allies. Since its launch in 2006, it has become one of the leading LGBTQ+ conferences in Europe and the longest-running of its kind. Nearly two decades later, it continues to foster meaningful conversations on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the business world. Organized through IE Campus Life and the IE Foundation, LGBT+@Work brings together internationally recognized executives and thought leaders to explore emerging trends, share best practices, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Hosted in Madrid, Spain, the conference serves as a powerful platform to expand professional networks, drive inclusive business strategies, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
